1. Agreement to Terms
By using PaquetEx services — including placing a shipping order, using our website (www.paquetex.net), or communicating with our team — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
PaquetEx provides package shipping services from the United States to Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua. Services include pickup, transport, customs handling, and delivery to the recipient address. Service availability, pricing, and transit times vary by destination and zone.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate sender and recipient information when placing an order.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the contents of your shipment comply with all applicable laws and customs regulations of the destination country.
- Prohibited items include but are not limited to: illegal substances, weapons, currency, and perishable foods. PaquetEx reserves the right to inspect and refuse any shipment.
- You are responsible for proper packaging of your items to withstand normal handling.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are quoted based on box size, weight, destination, and pickup zone.
- A deposit may be required at pickup. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of your order will be honored.
- We accept cash, Zelle, and credit/debit card payments.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to PaquetEx, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from PaquetEx at the number provided. Message types include:
- Transactional: delivery confirmations, order status updates, payment receipts, driver arrival time windows, signature requests
- Promotional: special offers, discounts, and service announcements for existing customers
Message frequency: Varies based on order activity. Typically 1–5 messages per order.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing our services.
6. Liability Limitations
- PaquetEx is not liable for loss or damage caused by improper packaging, prohibited contents, or acts of customs authorities.
- In the event of loss or damage, liability is limited to the declared insured value of the shipment, or $100 if no insurance was purchased.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather, or events outside our control.
7. Insurance
Optional insurance is available at the time of order creation. Insurance covers loss or damage up to the declared value. Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the expected delivery date with proof of value.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before the shipment departs from our US facility. Cancellations after departure may be subject to a handling fee. Deposits paid are non-refundable once the shipment is in transit.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Guilford County, North Carolina.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
